Yulia is a Yoga & Health Coach who completed her 200hr yoga training in Bali, Indonesia. She focuses on stretching with synchronised breathing. Her sessions are therapeutic and dynamic. She teaches Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha yoga. Her sessions end with a short meditation and are suitable for all levels.
Paula is the Co-Founder of Divine Yoga Studio. She is a certified Yoga Teacher who completed her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India. Paula is passionate about yoga and combining the art of yoga with dance is her way of expressing herself. She combines sound healing with guided body movements to give a unique form of expression to the art of yoga. She imparts her knowledge of yoga, meditation, pranayama, belly dancing in her sessions.
“Alla is from Ukraine she is cultivates mindfulness and importance of
meditation. She loves making creative vinyasa flows and dedicating time
for pranayama and decent shavasana”. She passionate and initiative to
organize special events & workshops to inspire students to raise limits of their
practice and make it unique.
I discovered Yoga and have kept practising since 2018. I needed to go deeper, know more about the philosophy of yoga, asanas and the art of assisting. I went to Mexico for a month. I learnt many different topics during my teacher training, the 8 limbs of Patanjali’s, chakras, meditation, pranayamas etc.. This way of life makes total sense to the person I am becoming.
Andrea is a bubbly Venezuelan who focuses on guiding her students to move into creative transitions thus making her classes dynamic and enjoyable. She believes it is paramount to create powerful and energetic sequences for her students to increase not only their flexibility but also strength. Her teaching philosophy is centered around the idea that classes should be a positive experience regardless of one’s yoga ability.
Tony is a known professional who has been teaching dance in Dubai for the last 10 years. His portfolio not only includes Salsa but other forms of dance such as Bachata, Zouk and Kizomba. For Tony dancing is a freedom of expression and he delivers this gracefully with his unique teaching style. He has also taught many couples and has been influential in bringing them closer through his dance classes.
Fabio comes from Egypt and has been teaching Bachata and Salsa in UAE for the last 8 years. He brings life into his teaching classes through his flamboyant personality. He has been performing his art internationally through shows and private events. Fabio can manage group and individual sessions with ease.

Yoga Flow can generally be defined as a yoga class that incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures), by which the student experiences a sense of fluid physical motion.

I have been introduced to yoga 10 years ago and for the past 3 dedicated to daily practice when yoga was helping me reduce stress, improve health and keep my body strong and flexible, but also opened my eyes to spiritual world. Inspired by my teachers, travels and environment, I enjoy building up creative sequences to cultivate body awareness and deepen understanding of yoga practice.
Elena is a meditation mentor, ayurvedic specialist, aerial & hatha yoga
instructor, yoga instructor for kids. She is organizer of ayurveda seminars and
diverse practices for women . Regular participant of yoga festivals one of the
organizers of yoga retreats in Maldives, UAE, Ukraine. Yoga it is a part of her
life and way of living.
I am a yoga teacher, meditation facilitator and sound
healing therapist. I am currently living and facilitating yoga, meditation in the
beautiful city of Dubai. I, was brought up in a family that practiced yoga, meditation, chanted Sanskrit mantra and kirtan, and ever since, these practices have been a way
of life. My daily practice has helped me grow stronger, feel grounded with more
awareness, fearlessness, both on and off the mat. These practices inspire me to live
each moment more mindfully.
